Thanks to All who have watched, donated and loved

This is to all of you, who have watched, donated and loved my little red squirrels.  All these years here on the Permafrost Ranch and the Great Alaskan Squirrel Cam is drawing to close.  I want to thank you all, each of you have contributed to my life in so many ways.  I can’t describe the emotions and feelings that run through my mind when we found out today that the ranch had sold.  We will sign the paper work tomorrow.  Soon the streaming will stop but the web page will continue on until we are outside in the lower 48.  I’ll try to get it back up and running as soon as I can manage to do it.  Thanks for all your prayers, support and advice.  I will miss my little buddies on the feeder, and specially this one.  Bubba has been the star of the show.  I will miss him more than i can say.

Little Red Squirrels

Couldn’t sleep this evening and was watching the flyers on the cam.  But the little Reds were also active in the evenings this time of the year.  They are so pretty but so aggressive towards each other.  Nonetheless, what a subject they have made for me to photograph.  Now, since we may be traveling around the country, I’ll have to break out into other subjects.  It will be a good change forcing me to take different pictures in different ways.  Hopefully, I’ll get lucky enough to capture a few good ones.
