Today the feeder was visited by little green flying jewels, males and females. This little male is turned so you only see his dark neck feathers, but they are really red in color with the light shining on the them the right way.
Here is another Blue Jay waiting to see if the feeder is clear.
First Blue Jay on the feeder here in Oklahoma. I think they are beautiful birds. They act just like the camp robbers of Alaska or the Canadian Jays. By the way, to all my irc friends and family. I’m sorry I’ve not been able at this park to sign in on irc. I think they have the setting on the wifi modem set up to block certain port settings. that are required by irc.
