Every organization that is a non-profit depends and exist only through the dedication and hard work of it’s volunteers. This man is one of those, he was always there to lend the Midnight Sun Intertribal Powwow a helping hand. Thanks Ray, this was taken back in 2002. A blast from the past, I wish the Midnight Sun Intertribal Powwow nothing but the best.
