   Hi munford, I don’t have clue what it could be. I couldn’t see it very well until I enlarged the photograph. Nonetheless, I hope it causes the bird no harm, I’ve been trying like heck to capture a picture of the Oklahoma State Bird I see flying around. It’s the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher. I’ve seen one or two but never where I can get the camera aimed at them.

   Looks like cobwebs to me too. The flycatcher mainly eats insects, not seed.
