Tripped and Fell
I tripped yesterday evening, and really took a tumble. I awoke this AM at around 2:00 with my bad shoulder just killing me. My big toe joint on my left foot is giving me grief too. Weebles wobble but they don’t fall down. Not this weeble. I fell down hard and now this old body is paying the price.

I hope you didn’t break anything. Are you swollen? I’ve heard that all you can do for a broken toe is to try to keep off of it. And good painkillers.
It’s a good thing that you’re in a pretty location. You can at least hobble around and enjoy the view.

Hi Z, The toe is fine, it’s the shoulder that really took the beating. I took enough Ibuprofen yesterday to finally slow down the agony. I awoke this morning feeling pretty good, at least it wasn’t hurting. Still sore but not hurting.
Try and keep it moving Dad… Drink your water… And no more falling down!! <3
