Snowbird and Companion Sighting

Lost in the Woods

A sighting of the Snowbird and Companion  in the high country.  We went looking for the childhood cabin that Deb’s family owned in Cloudcroft New Mexico.  I’m sorry to say we couldn’t find it.  The area has really changed in the years we were in Alaska.  If I was to live in Southern New Mexico again it would be here.  This shot was taken on the road between Cloudcroft and Ruidoso.

That would be a good area to live. When I visited NM, although I thought the general desert scenery was interesting, it was the mountains that pleased me more.
