    Is this the little wild flower that smells so sweet? Don’t know what they are called but used to pick them all the time when I was a child because they smelled so good.

    munford: I don’t think you picked this one. It looks like a thistle. Although, when I was a kid, I used to pick them and take them apart then I’d eat the little disk at the bottom of the petals. It had a slightly nutty taste. Thistles are related to architokes.
