Flowers in the Desert

All One Needs is Water

DSC06523-copy.jpg The weather this morning here is great.  It cools down at night and warms up in the day.  The temp in BearFlanks this morning was -1 F.  It was 55 F  this morning in the high desert of California. Debbie mentioned the other day as we were driving down the road that she liked this place.  She said “Yucca Valley is a nice little town and easy to get around in.”   I think she’s right, only because there is one main drag through town.

I’m like Debbie… Not a lot of twist and turns and a lot of traffic. At our age, we need peace , quiet and solitude. Finshed with the rat race.. Love all your pictures Bob even though I don’t comment all the time. I look forward everyday for at least one new picture and it is a bonus if there are more posted. Thank you. Jean

Hi Suzie, I’m not sure what kind they are, but I’m guessing that your right and that is what they look like to me.

Bob they are pretty what ever kind of flowers they are & I’m thinking you’d score a lotta points with my wife if you was to dig up a mess of them & trans-plant them in her flower bed.I’m thinkin she might fix YOU 1/2 a cow & hand me peanut butter & jelly for dinner.
