That looks delicious, Bob. I have my left overs from Campo Verde warming in the microwave now……
Green Chili Cheese Enchiladas, Rice and a good cold Dr. Pepper.
Had my hot chocolate brownie first. Eating backwards tonight!
Got to know, though, how hot is your hot sauce?

Hubby likes his sauce hot too, but some of it is entirely too hot for me. Nothing better though than good chips, good Mexican food and good hot sauce! Delicious!
Everyone knows never to ask me where I want to go out to eat because they know I will always pick Mexican food- my favorite!
I sure agree with your, “Yum, yum.”

And the enchiladas too………what a spread.
